We will watch the movie “Yogis of Tibet” together with Lama Drupon Sangye Rinpoche, a Tibetan yogi living in Estonia.
Lama Sangye will explain some aspects of the mystical life of yogis.
Lama Sangye comes from North India from Ladakh. Ladakh is a place where authentic Tibean culture and traditions are still preserved.
Drupon Sangye Rinpoche has done himself deep meditation practices during his retreat, having been in solitude for a total of 6 years.
