2-Day Anapanasati Retreat with His Holiness in Estonia

The Drikung Kagyu Head Lama H.H. Drikung Kyabgon Thinle Lhundup will be back in Tallinn for a 2-day Mindfulness of Breathing Retreat on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th of September. The retreat will take place in Adila in Rapla County 45km from Tallinn.

DAY 1 @  Starting from 10:00, Saturday 8th of September

First day of the retreat.

DAY 2 @ Until 17:00, Sunday 9th of September

Second and final day of the retreat.

LANGUAGE:

His Holiness will give instructions in English, with simultaneous translation to Estonian and Russian.

VENUE:

The retreat will take place in the Adila Camp 45km drive from Tallinn. A group transport from Tallinn will be available.

MEALS:

For all retreatants, lunch and dinner will be provided on the first day, and breakfast and lunch on the second day.

STAYING OVER NIGHT:

There are several options for staying over night:

– Bring your own tent
– Sleep in the hall (bring your own beddings)
– Private room for 20EUR per person

Alternatively it is ok to drive back to Tallin where there are many options for staying, or other nearby accommodations. Check out http://airbnb.com for options.

OTHER INFORMATION:

– Cushion and yoga mat
– Use loose and comfortable clothing that covers the entire body
– Leave out strong perfumes
– Alcohol, tobacco, and drugs are strictly prohibited
– Brining other than simple vegetarian food is not allowed
– Bring your own mug, plate and spoon
– A face towel and toiletries based on your need

MINDFULNESS OF BREATHING

First day of the group retreat on the Mindfullness of Breathing together with His Holiness Drikung Kyabgon Chetsang.

The retreat is based on the Anapanasati, a discourse that focuses on Buddha’s instructions on using awareness of the breath as an initial focus for meditation. Mindfulness of breathing has been scientifically proven to provide a wide range of physiological and psychological benefits.
